#66: people who lay off employees
For one thing, it doesn’t make sense financially. The net cost is negative and you’ll probably end up hiring freelancers (often the very people you fired!) at a higher rate*, nevermind the hit on productivity, morale and loyalty.
*Not that I’m complaining. Doesn’t mean it’s not stupid, though.
